Prince is pleased to offer premix powders as a ready-to-use option for customers who want to eliminate the milling process. Prince premixes contain enamel frits, milling additives, and pigments. The enamel slip is easily prepared by only mixing the premix with water utilizing suitable mixing equipment. Additional advantages include easier storage, less weight manipulations, less wastewater, and lower energy costs.
Prince offers premix powders in small bags, big bags and drums for some specialist products and applications. Premix powders can be used for a variety of products including:
- direct-on enamels
- ground coats
- catalytic self-cleaning enamels
Available for both direct-on white and specific color applications.
