Prince Launches New Brand and Logo
New York, April 1, 2014 – Prince Minerals, Inc. (“Prince”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of essential engineered solutions for diverse consumer and industrial markets, today introduced its new corporate logo and tagline. The rebranding reflects both the growth and the evolution of the company as well as its vision for the future.
The new logo comes at a time when Prince has successfully acquired and integrated 11 businesses and expects to accelerate growth in the future. The refreshed logo reflects the significant growth of the company’s product offerings and technical service capabilities. Today, Prince combines international sourcing and processing capabilities with in-depth customer knowledge, world-class engineering, and value-added distribution to deliver essential engineered solutions to diverse consumer and industrial markets.
The new logo consists of a modern version of Prince’s highly recognized crown as well as its crimson color scheme. The word “Minerals” has been dropped and the font of the word “Prince” has been updated to create a more contemporary look.
The new company tagline is “Adding Value from Source to Solution.” It will commonly be abbreviated to “Source to Solution.”
“It was time to adopt an image more consistent with the message of Prince today,” said CEO Willson Ropp, in announcing the new logo and tagline. “We want our updated logo and tagline to better reflect our position in the market and to be a vector for common values in our acquisitions, past and future. Our new logo and tagline better communicates our ability to provide value-added solutions at every step along the value chain”.
