Acquisition of Oxidry Minerais Ltda by Prince Aditivos e Revestimentos Ltda

Houston, March 1, 2016 – Prince Aditivos e Revestimentos Ltda, a Brazilian subsidiary of Prince International Corporation (“Prince”), has acquired Oxidry Minerais Ltda (“Oxidry”).

Founded in 2004 and based in Guararema, São Paulo, Brazil, Oxidry is a mineral processing company that focuses on color and performance applications of industrial minerals primarily for the glass, foundry and construction markets.
“This acquisition will enhance Prince’s manufacturing and sales footprint in the glass, construction, foundry, and refractory markets for both Brazil and the rest of Latin America,” said Willson Ropp, Prince CEO. “The Oxidry business will also complement our existing coatings and colorants business in Latin America that services the appliance, cookware, architectural, and industrial markets.”
